Patrizia Boglione

Strategic and Creative Director at Angelini Design, based in Rome, with offices in Turin, Paris and Shanghai, serving a portfolio of more than 100 international clients. Patrizia has been focusing her work in brand strategy, identity, digital, guided by Italian taste with an International vocation.

Patrizia is the founder of gorgelous.com, a web platform, open to ideas, workshops, and visual arts and of madforspin.com, a project on table tennis and design thinking aimed to promote kinetic creativity as a tool for education and strategy and a driver for social and urban regeneration.
Patrizia has had a long, successful career at McCann-Erickson, focusing on corporate, culture, food and retail: some of the most popular commercials and social responsibility ads in Italy have been the result of her creative work and unique capability to extract inner strategy from corporate plans. In addition, Patrizia led as Director the Communication School at IED of Rome, now the best Creative and Brand Strategy School in Italy.
Patrizia is an active Board Member of Art Directors Club of Europe and has long been vice president of the Italian chapter (ADCI), represented Italian advertising and design in international contests. Her focus now is on design-led societal transition toward more sustainable future, and she is engaged in the Transition Design movement along with Carnegie Mellon Institute of Design and Schumacher College.

With a Doctor Degree in Art history, a Master Degree in Economy and Museum and Cultural Enterprises Management, Patrizia is a Creative Personal Branding Certified Coach, and helps people to optimize themselves and their projects. She helps them to fully realize their potential in their chosen fields. Among her most recent activities, on behalf of Art Directors Club of Europe and with the objective to bring designers and engineers together, Patrizia is supporting PiCampus, an incubator for design+tech startups.
